| Where will the driver unload my materials? |

Usually, it is easiest to have the materials dumped in your driveway. You may
specify where the materials should be unloaded on the driveway (i.e. on the
approach, towards the garage or to one side).

Titan Topsoil is not responsible for any damage done to your property while
dumping materials. You may want to have your order placed elsewhere (i.e. your
grass or next to the curb on the street).

Although it may be most convenient to have your material placed in your
backyard or close to where you will be spreading it, it is not always possible
for the driver to access that area.

| What if it rains on my delivery day? |

Orders can be rescheduled due to inclement weather by calling our office at
248.477.6988.

Mulch and stone orders are not affected by the rain. In most cases, delivery
will occur as scheduled.
